By the time RTC was started, Mr. Ray had already achieve industry-wide recognition for his expertise and knowledge with all forms of Restoration. For over 16 years Mr. Ray owned and operated Proclean of Louisana, becoming well known for his integrity and commitment to excellence. Now besides RTC, Mr. Ray is involved with organizaitons that promote restoration and building sciences, one of which is Louisiana State University where he teaches contractors on a regular basis about building sciences, restoration, mold and microbiological contaminants, lead abatement, energy efficiency and more.
